A simple solution is to get everyone to gargle with salt water. This is as a precaution and if the virus should be caught. The antiseptic nature of the salt will inhibit the virus on the throat, and prevent it from getting into the lungs, and nose. The virus can still be caught by touching the mouth with dirty hands, therefore the mouth must be swilled out with the salt as well. If the virus is only in the blood stream, it is far less contagious. (Also salt is not harmful).

Dissolve 1 teaspoon of salt in a mug of warm water. Gargle 4 times a day especially before bed and on rising. Gargle 3 times in each session, allowing the salt to get down into the throat without swallowing any. Then rinse and gargle with warm water, spitting out any phlegm. (Note that clearing the throat too violently will also make it sore). If you stop, even for one day, the virus will go into your blood stream.

Excessive bacteria on certain parts of the body, seem to find their way into the mouth. This causes salivation and loose stools should the saliva be swallowed. The corona virus appears to use this bacteria in order to multiply, leading to a sore throat. Therefore wipe off excess bacteria from certain parts of the body with rubbing alcohol. Also rinse out the mouth with warm water, before and after every meal. This also reduces tooth decay.
