right|thumb|Album cover art of The Canon Logic EP The Canon Logic released their self-titled EP on March 14 2007.[1] They began recording at Range Entertainment in Ardmore, Pennsylvania in December 2006, working with engineer/producer Brian Ritrovato. The tracks were mastered by engineer Roger Lian at Masterdisk Studios in New York. [2]

Rich Duncan from AbsolutePunk.net review The Canon Logic EP in March of 2007, reporting that "The Canon Logic have tons of raw talent to perfect their style, and...bring back a style of music that hasen't been run into the ground." His review concluded that "their EP hints at a bright future" for the band.[3]
