Brian Kush was born in Natrona Heights, PA in 1966 to Robert W. Kush and Loretta M. Husar.
He attended Hyde Park Elementary School in Hyde Park, PA for his first four years after attending kindergarten in St. Francis of Assisi basement. Grades five and six were in the Wilson School in Vandergrift, PA.
Junior High for grades seven to nine was the first school where each class was taught by a different teacher and was at the Allegheny Hyde Park Junior High in Allegheny Township, PA.
High school was at Kiski Area where the campus is also located in Allegheny Township, PA and graduated from Kiski in June 1984.
