Victor Akpabio (born July 27, 1992) better known by his stage name Boi Veela, is an African Hiphop Artist from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. He is a member of the hip hop collective Hybrid Kamp, alongside Khalasheen, among others. His debut project, African Sinatra Vol.1: Smoking Sessions, was released on 11th November 2015
