The 2021–22 UC San Diego Tritons men's basketball team will represent the University of California, San Diego in the 2021–22 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Tritons are lead by 9th-year head coach Eric Olen and are in their second season at the NCAA Division I level. They play their games at RIMAC Arena as a member of the Big West Conference. Because of the transition period, games in the Big West do not count towards the standings or conference record, and the Tritons are ineligible for the postseason, including the Big West tournament.
