The San Diego Climate Action Plan was adopted by the city of San Diego in December of 2015. This plan is similar to the [[climate action policy]]. Through this plan, the city sets goals of eliminating half of all greenhouse emissions and all energy to be sourced from renewable sources by 2035. With a coalition of business owners, environmental advocates, and community leaders, Mayor Kevin Faulconer approved the Climate Action Plan. [1]
