PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk or commonly abbreviated as PIK2 , is a property company headquartered in Jakarta . The main property of this company is located in Kosambi and Teluknaga districts located in Tangerang Regency, Banten with an area of 1,064.82 hectares for the first phase.

This company was founded in Tangerang in September 2000 under the name PT Pratama Abadi Nusa Industri.
In October 2021, through PT Multi Artha Pratama, a subsidiary of PT Agung Sedayu and PT Tunas Mekar Jaya (Salim Group) officially acquired 80% of the shares.[1]

PIK2 is accessible via bridge through North Jakarta's Golf and Ebony Island. It houses urban developments such as low-density housing complexes, restaurants as well as apartments.
In August 2022, Vice President Ma'ruf Amin inaugurated the topping-off of the Syariah Tower located. Ma'ruf said that Menara Syariah would be the first sharia financial center in Indonesia and was expected to become the largest in Southeast Asia.[2][3]
