Early years

edit

A defensive midfielder,[2] Carré began his career in the academy at Angers SCO and moved to England to join the Brighton & Hove Albion academy in August 2018.[3] After his release at the end of the 2018–19 season, he signed a two-year contract, plus a one-year option, with the B team at Championship club Brentford.[3] Carré made 45 appearances prior to the expiration of his contract in June 2021.[4]

Peterhead

edit

Following over a year as a free agent (during which he trialled with FK Austria Wien and Grosseto) due to a dispute with a former agent,[5][6][7] Carré signed a short-term contract with Scottish League One club Peterhead on 7 October 2022.[8] He made eight appearances prior to the expiration of his contract in January 2023.[9][10]
