In this editorial from this scholarly journal, Ann Owens “Housing Policy and Urban Inequality: Did the Transformation of Assisted Housing Reduce Poverty Concentration?” examines whether the intervention of the housing market helped reduced poverty concentration as is questioned in Owen’s journal.
