Chadwick Brent Newell(b. December 27, 1991 in Seattle, Washington), is a basketball player for [[Meadowdale High School]].

Early Life

The son of Joe and Lisa Newell, Chadwick Newell was born in Seattle, Washington in 1991,and moved to Mukilteo, Washington during his childhood years. When growing up Chadwick played soccer and didnt pick up basketball until the 7th grade. When he didn't make the Harbour Pointe Middle School team he developed a passion and love for the game of basketball. Newell started practicing everyday determined to make the team the following season. Practice and hard work payed off for Chadwick when he made the school's 8th grade team. This is when Chadwick developed a dream to become an NBA superstar.

High School Career(still continueing)

Chadwick Newell attended Kamiak High School Located in Mukilteo, Washington during his freshman season, where he played on the freshman basketball team. For his sophmore,junior, and senior seasons Chadwick Newell will be attending Meadowdale High School located in Lynnwood, Washington. He has high hopes of making the Varsity basketball team at Meadowdale High School. During his time at Meadowdale Chadwick hopes to accomplish winning three state championships and earning a basketball scholarship to play at the University Of Washington.

Current Life

Chadwick currently practices basketball everyday at the local YMCA still chasing the dream of becoming an NBA superstar. He will attend the YMCA for hours on end putting himself through rigorous training, pushing himself to be the best. His brother also attends the YMCA with him, he helps Chadwick train by passing him the ball for a countless of shots.

Attributes

Chadwick can shoot the 3-pointer very well and is able to use both hands. During games hes very energetic and plays with heart and emotion. Newell is also albe to score from almost anywhere on the floor, he will also grab rebounds and make good deciosions. Also he can take the ball to the rack and get a quick "two" for the team, has good power drives. Needs a little work on athleticism and lockdown defense, but overall a great player who can lead a team.
