I, BPLibraryfan, am a librarian employed full-time by the Bellingham Public Library, a city public library system dedicated to providing access to information for education and entertainment. I am also employed as a librarian part-time by the Whatcom Community College Library, an academic library dedicated to transforming lives through education.
I always strive to strictly abide by Wikipedia's accepted practices on conflicts of interest, neutrality, and notability. I will not make any edits that would not be beneficial to the goals of Wikipedia.
I do, from time to time, insert links or create articles based on library resources.
I will modify my editing behavior based on problems cited by other editors or if my editing conflicts with other Wikipedia guidelines. I ask that other editors do not hesitate to contact me, via my user talk page, if I appear to be going against this declaration.
