AvFnx stand for Ave Fenix (Phoenix Bird) I only chose to write it with out the vowels. What Phoenix Bird means to me is that it never die, hope for a better future, and keep on fighting. As i read Dominican Republic history i saw that in my people and it even say it in our national anthem.
- "Que si fuere mil veces esclava, Otras tantas ser libre sabrá."
- "For if she were enslaved a thousand times, Many more times shall she know how to be free."
That something that I feel Dominican People have done many times again, starting from the Tainos to modern day Dominicans. Many heroes all the same goal to free there people from Eriquillo to Duarte to Caamaño and many more in between and after them. In time of great need Dominican Republic will have a great leader to defend it. There where I see the Phoenix Bird in Dominican Republic, with our heroes.
