The study of the effects of solar flares on Earth and all the planets and also on the interstellar medium (beyond Solar System) is primary. Utilizing detectors and sensors technologies for the objective of observing and detecting the existence and effects of solar flares. Utilizing and creating Information and Communication Technologies application to study the depths of the effects of solar flares – building on the Neural Networks ICT applications.

Neural Networks application is created for the analysis of the data and information, which is captured by the sensors. This collected data could possess the traces of solar flares that could have been present in that region which is under the detection of the sensor’s visualization region. Humans are located in the outer – Earth space region with the exposure to the solar flares radiation.

When solar flares are detected in that region, it strikes the humans who are positioned in that space region. Also the effects on the humans are studied. Central Nervous System issues are studied and analyzed. Neural Networks application captures this data collection and performs data analysis. Then the Central Nervous System reports are generated. If health issues are observed, then Accessibility solutions are provided to that human astronaut. This Accessibility ICT solution would be created with the generation of the Gene Expression software.

Data collection of the solar flares is captured via the sensors and detectors. Then 3D – imaging and graphical representation procedures are created utilizing the SNAP toolkit. Converting detector technologies to 3D – imaging technologies are created via computational processes with the aid of graphical building techniques. From this graphical representations, data processing and data analysis is performed by utilizing the SNAP toolkit. Creating relationships between data analysis from the SNAP toolkit and central nervous system issues observed in the human astronauts. Drawing a mathematical inference from the observed relationship operationally.

Also building this relationship modelling in an open source software tool MediaWIKI (MediaWIKI is built on the Wikipedia programming toolkit techniques). The different health effects are studied from this complete Reports that are created. This would lead to the generation of the results of the graphical representations. Based on the health effects of the astronauts, an ICT application is built for the objective of solving visual/ hearing impairments based on the Accessibility solutions.

Accessible solutions are basically astronaut communication tools. For hearing impairment, speech – to – text ICT application is created. For visual impairment, text – to – speech ICT communication application is created. These applications for the purpose of achieving a successful astronaut – to – astronaut communications operation. Cubesat comprising of sensors and detectors technologies are included in the product application suite.

Then creating an innovative ideology based on the detection and presence of solar flares, for the objective of providing certain support to the public ( people/ society/ organization). On the event of detection of the occurrence of a solar flare, a verification modular framework is executed to verify the functioning of satellite phones and mobile communications in such environmental conditions. Thus verifying the functionalities of satellite communications in events of solar flares eruptions.

If this verification is successful, then enabling the functioning of the ICT application “Solar flares and Quantum Neural Networks” for utilization on the mission, as mentioned in the attached documentation reference.
