Winslow United Under 18's are a youth Association Football team with a mixture of 16, 17 and 18 year old's, derived from their parent club Winslow United F.C. They are based in Winslow, Buckinghamshire, England. They are currently undergoing the process of their grading games for the forthcoming 2011-2012 football season. After Winslow United F.C. have concentrated more on the youth aspect to their club it is expected that the Under 18's qualify to play in Division One of the Milton Keynes and Border Counties Youth League.
History edit
The team has little history as it is a newly set up team and regenerates every year, with the best players moving forward in to the first team or the reserve team. However it is noted that a collection of this years players were involved in a long cup-run last year in the County Cup, reaching the final, but losing 3-1 to MK City Saints. The team is looking to redo this task but hopefully go on to collect a winners medal.

The Under 18 team is a collection of 3 different ages, 16 year olds, 17 year olds, and 18 year olds. The team currently has 18 players with an allowance of 21 set by the Milton Keynes & Border Counties Board. Numbers are set prior to every game, so the following numbers may not always be accurate:

Winslow United Under 18's currently play at Elmfields Gate, the home ground of Winslow United F.C. It currently holds a seated capacity of around 100, however spectators have the option to stand by the barriers which run round every side of the pitch, enabling up to an extra 400 people to watch. In recent weeks, the facilities have been upgraded and there is now a standing area on every side of the pitch, this is due to the Senior Team reaching the second round of the FA Vase. Elmfields Gate is also now fitted with floodlights, this is to allow teams to play week-games and evening games and means there will be no congestion of matches being played at weekends.
