Asdimd is the username Richard Ellefritz often uses, one might say that it is his online alias (oops, now I'm no longer anonymous on the Internet). It was developed as a username sometime in the early 2000's while he(I) attended Western Illinois University for his Bachelors' in Psychology and Sociology. It can be difficult to come up with a username that is not already taken, and short of using something like RichE039847549 or Ellef999_999(0), he remembered that he and a friend made up the name, "Asdimd," in grade school, a name based on the acronym, A.S.D.I.M.D., which stands for the members of one of his (and his friend's) favorite bands at the time, Guns 'N Roses. He(I), earned double bachelor's from WIU in 2006, he went on to earn a master's in sociology at the same university, and completed his Ph.D. in sociology from Oklahoma State University in 2014.
