I have just created a User sandbox so that I can practice as I learn about Wikipedia including using 'The Wikipedia Adventure'.
I attended the Nov 21, 2015 London Meetup at the Senate House Library in London and found it very worthwhile. The 'Editing Wikipedia: A guide to improving content on the online encyclopedia' that was distributed was especially helpful and is a great reference for new starters.
