The "EOC move" is primarily the moving of Export of cryptography to Export of cryptography in the United States. The ambox for "globalization" had been up at the top of the page for a little over 2 years and not much has been done to remedy with it.
Therefore, the page was moved to Export of cryptography in the United States. Here's what we (or I) had to do:
- use the move tool to move only the article; we'll get into the talk page later
- change original Export of cryptography into a stub, done by this edit
- move only the relevant discussion in Talk:Export of cryptography to Talk:Export of cryptography in the United States, done by this edit on the original talk page and this edit in the new talk page
- notify others of the move, via the latter edit above
