RYMAN PREMIER

Conroy followed King to Chelmsford City for the 2006/07 season, and helped the side to the Ryman Premier play-offs playing 38 games.

BLUE SQUARE SOUTH

Conroy did clinch promotion the following season with Lewes FC under Steve King making 40 appearances as the south coast side earned promotion from Blue Square South to the Blue Square Premier League in 2007/08

The 2008/09 season was a turbulant one, but ended positively as Conroy picked up his second promotion honour helping AFC Wimbledon climb out of the Blue Square South into the Blue Square Premier.

Conroy had initially joined F.A Cup giant killers Havant and Waterlooville and then moved into full time football with Northwich Victoria. However, neither club was on the surest of footings off the field.

BLUE SQUARE PREMIER

CONROY made 34 appearances in the south London club's first season in the Football Conference. Conroy played in 12 of the clubs 14 games where the defence kept a clean sheet, and appeared in 17 of the side's 18 wins in the BSP.

PERSONAL:

Conroy has also worked as a model for Marks and Spencers, Speedo and Heineken amoung other brands. Conroy does not have ambitions to model but has been scouted on a number of occasions. Qualified as a personal training instructor the defender has also delivered pre match warm up routines when required, and turned down a trip to Vegas despite blessings from Terry Brown, as he did not want to miss any training sessions.
