editEverything in the article is relevant to the article's topic. At first, the heading of T-Cell did distract me, perhaps a rephrase of the heading would be better, such as "T-Cell Application." The article maintains a neutral tone and there aren't any frames or heavily biased opinions in the article. Distal promoters is well-explained in understandable manner. Some parts that can be explained such as its relation to transcription factors. The citations link does work. The source indeed supports the claims in the article. In addition, these are reliable and appropriate references added to the topic and these are up to date references as well. Overall, the article is very informative and presents the information in an excellent way.
