Aminul Islam (born 15 November 1988) is an Indian materials science and nanoscience researcher. Aminul received his B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the North Eastern Hill University, Shillong (2012) and his Ph.D. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Patna (2020).

Early life and Education

Dr. Islam was born in Assam on 15 November 1988. He completed his Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from North Eastern Hill University , Shillong and Post-graduation in Nanotechnology from Pondicherry University , Puducherry. Currently he is doing PhD in Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Patna.

After completion of his post-graduate study, Islam returned to Bhubaneswar in 2015 to work as Senior Project Fellow position at Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) Regional Research Laboratory, Odisha. In 2016, he accepted an offer from Indian Institute of Technology Patna to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy in Materials Science Engineering. During his doctoral research, he published several articles in reputed journals. [1] [2] [3]
