I am Ambarsande (Sandy) de la Paz. I am 83 years, and a mostly retired engineer. In this time of my life I see myself to be most interested in Natural Philosophy.
The Wiki sites are a valuable contribution to the culture.
I decided to participate in the Wikipedia as an offering to the culture, and was stimulated to action when I found the name (in red) of someone I know casually in the notable persons "disambiguation" section of Wikipedia.
I only occasionally add information and find the process more complicated (and therefore more engaging) than I had initially imagined.
