In 2002 while attending University of Southern California, Jesse Hernandez became immersed in the street food culture. After finishing collage , Hernandez began developing Experiential Food Truck Rental. As a food truck rental and marketing business. And as the food truck industry started to emerge in 2009. Hernandez seeing himself as a food truck rental vending company, of food trucks,Ice cream trucks,media trucks and carts across the US. While the food truck rental model was a hit with marketing agencies. Hernandez did not initially have a business model. As people began to seek his help to rent food trucks for events, and marketing campaigns.
As of June 2016, Experiential Food Truck Rental operates out of Gardena CA with 25 employees.
