The School Support Staff Negotiating Body (otherwise known as the SSSNB) is a negotiating body established to agree a pay and conditions framework for school support staff in the maintained school sector in England.

The SSSNB met for the first time in July 2009 and will become a statutory body following Royal Assent of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Bill in November 2009. The membership of the body comprises of employer organisations, including LGA and trade unions UNISON, GMB Union and Unite the union. The Body has an Independent Chairman and has representation on it from the Department for Children, Schools and Families and the Training and Development Agency for Schools.

The Body is expected to reach agreements by May 2009.
