Alfred Shumba is a Zimbabwean who was born in Kadoma at Sanyati Baptist Hospital.His father who is now the late Enerst Shumba was a teacher who came from the family of Shumba from Mberengwa who later ressettled to Sanyati in Kadoma.His father was married to his mother Vimbai Mabuto.
LIFE HISTORY
Alfred grew up staying with her grandmother 'Mrs Mabuto' in Ndawora village a village in Shurugwi District.Her Granny was a peasant farmer well know in the village and other surrounding areas for growing vegetable crops and maize crops.Alfred attended local schools for his education upto his A'level.He attended primary school at Ndawora primary school and his secondary at Rusununguko High school.
EDUCATION HISTORY
Alfred started his grade one in 1995 at Paidamoyo primary school in Chipinge and transfered at the end of the year to Ndawora primary where he starts his grade 2 in 1996 and finish his primary in 2001 at that same school.He obtained 6 units at grade seven which was quite good but there were a couple of students who perfomed better that him.He then proceed to secondary level at a local school Rusununguko secondary school where he starts his form one but later transfered to Mambo High school in Gweru on his third term.He transfered back to Rusununguko secondary in 2004 to start his form three and then finished his form four in 2005.He managed to be the best student at his O level.He then proceed to A'level at the same school and finished that level in 2007 and managed to be the best student again.Currently he is studying for CTA at a university in South Africa.
