Luvi Katherine Miranda Peña, (born:14 December 1986) is a Colombian political scientist from the Universidad del Rosario and political activist with studies in identity and conflict and with academic immersion in Culture of Peace, Social Cohesion and Intercultural Dialogue from the University of Barcelona, ​​Spain. He participated in the Antanas Mockus campaign in 2010 and for years he dedicated himself to defending the peace process between the Colombian state and the FARC guerrillas, carried out in Havana, Cuba between 2012 and 2016.
