short bio from ICNS Conference 2024 (yes, need to invest a little bit...)

Alexander Neuhaus was born in Vienna and studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Technology Vienna from 1993-1998.

His highest grade is a PhD about the influence of contact kinetics on contact welding of small switching devices.

He joined Frequentis in 2007 leading the research and development efforts for the company’s maritime control center solutions. From there he moved on to lead the usability design for the company’s ATM communication systems and is now Senior Lead Consultant for user experience in control rooms in general at Frequentis. Mr. Neuhaus received his master’s degree and PhD in electrical engineering from the University of Technology in Vienna.

He was Head of Development for TE Connectivity Relays between 2011 and 2013.
