I read a lot, which I feel once you hit a threshold of hours spent per day in a book, it unlocks the achievement of writer status. It may be a slow moving process, but it's how all philosophers do it, and if it's worked for Blaise Pascal and Nassim Nicholas Taleb it can work for me.
