Dr. Marwan Al-Zarouni is an Emarati Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), who is very capable in all aspects of internet, web based technologies , blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies. He is also highly proficient in internet security and has special expertise in computer forensics in mobile phone applications.

Dr. Marwan Al Zarouni (CISSP) is the Owner and CEO at Foresee Payment Services(2013 – Present), the Owner of MySecured Inc. (2001 – Present) and works as a Director of Information Services at Dubai Electronic Security Center (2015 – Present). Dr. Al Zarouni has an extensive experience in the areas of information security management, network security and computer forensics. He also has developed and taught a web technologies class at the Higher Colleges of Technology in Dubai and tutored a computer security class at Edith-Cowan University in Western Australia.

Dr. Marwan Al Zarouni holds a doctorate degree in Information Technology (2005 – 2008), a Masters Degree MSc in Information Security and Intelligence (2003 – 2005) from Edith Cowan University and a Bachelor of Science BSc in Aviation Computer Science (1994 – 1999) from the prestigious Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida. He also holds the highly regarded Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Dr. Al Zarouni held a number of positions in non-profit information technology and security organizations including the Founding Board Member and the Web Development Team Leader at Emirates Internet Association (EIA).  Dr. Al Zarouni was the keynote speaker at an E-commerce Opportunities Conference held in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates and more recently at the 21st NLC National Education Conference held in Perth, Western Australia.
