Tom Maxwell (25 May 1873 - 29 July 1937) was a Scottish painter and engraver.[1][2]

His father was William Angus Maxwell (born c. 1850), a bookbinder from Glasgow.
His mother was Jessie Sidney Ward (born c. 1850). William and Jessie married on 31 December 1872 in Glasgow.[6]
Tom Maxwell was born on 25 May 1873 in Calton, Glasgow.[7]
