Torquil James McLeod (9 May 1933 - 16 December 2002) was a Scottish painter.[1][2]
Life
editHis father was Peter MacLeod (19 February 1900 - 9 February 1974), from Minginish in Skye.
His mother was Eva Munro (born c. 1908) of Ivy Bank, Evanton, Wester Ross. Peter and Eva married on 22 December 1932 in Inverness.[3][4]
Torquil James McLeod was born on 9 May 1933 in Edinburgh Road, Inverness.
He married Sheena Campbell of Beechgrove Gardens, Aberdeen. They married on 6 August 1959 at Trinity church, Aberdeen.[5]
