Lily McDougall (25 July 1875 - 21 December 1958) was a Scottish painter.[1][2]

Her father was William Henry McDougall (2 February 1851 - 1939), a mercantile cashier from Edinburgh.[5]
Her mother was Matilda Milne (1847 - 1904). William and Mary married on 7 July 1870 in Blythswood, Glasgow.
Lily Martha Maud McDougall was born at 5 Alexander Street, Glasgow on 25 July 1875.
