Charles Gray Kennaway (9 February 1860 - 19 July 1925) was a Scottish painter.[1][2]
Life
editHis father was Charles Gray Kennaway [Snr] (1827 - 9 January 1911) from Dalkeith in Midlothian.
His mother was Elizabeth Keller (16 November 1838 - 16 December 1903) from Dundee. Charles [Snr] and Elizabeth married on 9 September 1847 in Dundee.
Charles Gray Kennaway was born in Perth on 9 February 1860.
He married Jane Lamont Louise Dugon (23 March 1867 - 12 February 1947) from New Cross in Kent, England. They married on 22 June 1898 in Lewisham, England.
They had a son Charles Gray Lamont Kennaway (29 July 1899 - 13 December 1971) from Glasgow.

editHe died on 19 July 1925 at 32 King Street, Perth. His usual address at the time was South Hill House in Torquay, Devon, England.[7]
He is buried in the Wellshill Cemetery in Perth.[8]
