Robert Hope (1 November 1867 - 10 May 1936) was a Scottish painter.[1][2]
Life
editHis father was John Hope (born c. 1838), an insurance agent from Jedburgh.
His mother was Jane Helen Logan (born 1 January 1839) from Balerno. John and Jane married in Canongate, Edinburgh in 1866.
Robert Hope was born in Edinburgh on 1 November 1867.

editHe died in Edinburgh on 10 May 1936. The value of his estate was £11,431, 16 shillings and 11 pence.[4]
