Malcolm Gavin (1874 - 4 April 1956) was a Scottish painter.[1]
Life
editHis father was Alexander Gavin (c. 1834 - 20 April 1910), a merchant commission agent from Scotland.
His mother was Jane Pollok Brown (21 September 1841 - 1889) from Edinburgh. Alexander and Jane married on 21 March 1867 in Edinburgh.
Malcolm Gavin was born in Oct-December 1874 in Lee, Kent, England. He was schooled in Edinburgh.
