Douglas Gordon Baxter (1920 - 2 November 1995) was a Scottish painter.[1]

Life

His mother was Beck.

He married Margaret Donald Johnston in Prestonpans in 1951.[2]

In 1888 she exhibited at the Royal Scottish Academy her work: A Brunette.[3]

He was elected to the RSW in 1961.[4]

He died on 2 November 1995 at his home, Brora, in Edinburgh.[6]
