Dholera Metro City is a Real Estate Development Organization in Gujarat's Ahmedabad district.Among the many cities planned along the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor[1] is the Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR), coming up around a 100 kms south of Ahmedabad in Gujarat. Dholera Metro City Gujarat develops NA, NOC Title clear residential plots at Dholera SIR.[2]
Dholera Industrial City [3] is located around 110 km southwest of Ahmedabad on the western coast, encompassing 22 villages and the Dholera taluka, and is part of the ambitious USD 90-billion Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor [4] announced in 2009 by the Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh.[5]

Dholera Metro City was founded by Mr. C. J. Vasoya Patel, who is a current Developer of the Real Estate. The Co-Founder, Mr. Akshay Patel is also a current Developer. Dholera Metro City is a Residential plot in the Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR). The size of the Land is from 83.61 Sq. meters to 752.51 Sq. meters. Dholera Metro City price ranges from 5.18 Cr to 7.96 Cr. It is a ready to move project with possession offered in May, 2013.[6]
