Llamar Clarke is a Jamaican community development leader and alternative dispute resolution practioner. His full name is Llamar Zamore Decardo Clarke, born April 26, 1992.
Llamar Clarke attended the Calabar High School from 2004 to 2010 where he completed secondary and post-secondary education in Business Studies. After which, he matriculated to the Caribbean Maritime Institute where he completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Freight-forwarding Management , Customs and Immigration Processes. He graduated from the Caribbean Maritime Institute in November 2015.
