The current system used by WP:Football to decide whether an individual player meets WP:GNG is the Fully professional leagues. The consensus of the initial discussion was that the current system should be changed. The consenus of the second dicsussion was that "sampling the amount of notable players in a league" was the best way to replace the FPL system. The aim of the third discussion is to decide what the best way to implement this change is.
