Hello! Even though it's been four-and-a-half years since my first edit, I'm keeping this Wikipedia welcome message until I officially jump into the water. That's right, I've been on here for four-and-a-half years and yet have not fully embraced my position as a responsible Wikipedian.

Until recently, I was somebody that updated pages when I saw an error or some improvement that could be made, watched the page for a couple of weeks afterwards, and then moved on. However, I've been involved in the Israelites page for some time now, and that's made me feel like I should embrace my ability to contribute to Wikipedia and perhaps gain more of an identity as a Wikipedian.

In any case, I'm dipping my toes in the water by finally putting some information up here as to who I am. In this day-and-age we need to carefully budget our time spent in front of a computer monitor, so it will probably be a long time before I've got a personalized page that's the symbol of a legitimate Wikipedian. In any case, I'm very happy to have at least taken a step towards this, and I hope you'll hear more from me soon. Accipio Mitis Frux (talk) 11:59, 18 November 2010 (UTC)

Well, after a break following some disillusionment with what I saw as an exploitation of Wikipedia, I find the need to make edits just too much to stay away. In short, after a long absence, I am back. Accipio Mitis Frux (talk) 21:37, 7 April 2012 (UTC)
