Integrated Mobility solutions (IMS Group) is a Nepali conglomerate headquartered in Kathmandu Nepal. It is the official distributor of Samsung mobile phone in Nepal since 2001. [1] [2]. The group has recently formed a new subsidiary company named IMS Motors after acquiring the dealership of Ssangyong Motors for Nepal.[3] [4] [5]. It is involved in various industries like distribution, real estate, jewellery, mobile phones, consultancy and automobile.[6][1]

The group was founded in 1993 by Deepak Malhotra who initially imported watches, salt, gold and motor parts to Nepal in the late 70s as his first venture.[1]

IMS was established in 1993. It is the official distributor of Samsung mobile phone in Nepal since 2001. IMS Smart operates through its retails stores for sales, business promotion and branding of products traded under IMS-Smart like Samsung mobile phones, Electronics and other branded accessories. The company claims to be the only company in the country to own 21 exclusive retail stores.[1]
IMS Motors edit
IMS Motors is the authorized national distributor of Korean Brand SSyangyong Motors.It was launched on the unveiling day of luxury Korean vehicles brand Ssangyong on May 11.[8][4]
IMS Consultancy edit
It is claimed to be an international trading company that specializes in the trading of consumer goods, commodities, medicines, pesticides, technical equipment, automobile parts and handicrafts. The company claims to be established to deliver goods and services by means of tender quotation. [9]
IMS Teletime edit
It imports and distributes Geiger and SWC as the authorised distributor in Nepal. It sells the products through its outlet and limited certified shops in Nepal. [10][11]
Ebisu Jewellers edit
Ebisu Jewellers is involved in retailing diamonds, gold, precious and semi-precious jewellery with its showroom in Durbar Marg.[12] [13]
