Abhilash began his career as a director and script writer to the 2018 film Aalorukkam. It received the National Film Award for Best Film on Other Social Issues in 64th National Film Awards. Abhilash also won the Best Director and Script writer Award at the Perunathachan award. His second directional was ORU SUPRADHANA KARYAM ( AN IMPORTANT MATTER) DOCUMENTARY.

Early life

Abhilash was born in Thiruvananthapuram district Kerala. Abhilash did his schooling at Emmanuel's High School, Thiruvananthapuram. After pre-degree from ST Marys Higher Secondary School, he pursued a B.Sc. degree from Kerala university. He got married to Rakhi Krishna on December 2014.

Abhilash started his film career as a director and script writer to the film Aalorukkam (2018). His second directional was ORU SUPRADHANA KARYAM ( AN IMPORTANT MATTER) DOCUMENTARY(2018). He has also acted in Aalorukkam as Pappu Pisharody's nephew.
