Dakka Abebe Shiferaw (Ph.D) is an Ethiopian who started his carrier in teaching in Ethiopian Universities and latter worked with both emergency and development programs/projects with World Vision Ethiopia for six years, International Livestock Research Institute for six years, Ethiopian Transformation Agency for three years, and with USAID for a year before leaving for Ph.D to the Switzerland.
