NMP AN INTRODUCTION - ( परिचय )

The Judicial Human Rights Council is a social trust whose registration has been registered under the Indian Trust Act 1882. Whose registration number is 119/2020, it is a nongovernmental, non-political national organization. Our task is to make the people aware of the society and to understand the governance of the people by evading the violation of the rights of the common people and the spread of the society, because today not only in India but in the whole world incidents of human rights continue to increase. In which incidents like human harassment, female harassment, sexual exploitation and child labor are prominent. The location of the prisoners in jail is pathetic and worrying. Problems like corruption,

communalism, casteism, linguism in the country are getting worse day by day. Even after 71 years of independence, even today, most Indians still have better education, food, health, housing, pure drinking water, justice, equality. And deprived of basic facilities like development.

Our constitution does not discriminate between caste, religion, descent origin, gender, richness, poverty, educated and uneducated. The constitution enshrines every person in the country with the right to personal and natural liberty as well as a dignified life. The legislature, judiciary and executive have been arranged in the constitution to bring it into practice. On this basis, the constitution of our country is considered the best constitution in the world, but the irony is that the common man is not getting the benefit of it. The biggest question

is whether every citizen of India has got social, economic and political justice? The village mohallas do not have cleanliness, the ration shops do not get the goods properly, the government offices do not work without the convenience fee, the medicines are not available in the hospitals, the doctor nurses do not pay attention to the patients, the roads are broken, the village level From officials of the politicians to MPs, MLAs, ministers, they do not pay attention, electricity is not available properly in villages and backward areas. Our organization is trying to solve all these problems and to fulfill these objectives, an organization has been formed. Our task is to make people aware. We do not conduct any government schemes. We have not authorized any person to collect money on behalf of the organization because the organization does not take any kind of money. The organization conducts its activities in collaboration with its members. If you are sending your work through some person to our office, then keep in mind that that person is your trust. For any kind of information, contact the office bearers of the organization who will help you with your selfless spirit so that we can reach your voice through our organization from governance to the national level. Human service is the main objective of the organization.
