I am a Galician archaeologist and anthropologist focusing on understanding the mechanisms behind the emergence of stone tool making and use amongst hominins during the Early Stone Age in Africa. In my research I take an interdisciplinary perspective merging lithic analysis, primate archaeology, primate behavioural ecology, hand grip analysis and fieldwork.
