The company was founded in 1980, with a small semi-artisan production facility in North Italy. Its first products were several models of kitchen range hoods. As demand for quality kitchen ventilation products grew, the company expanded its production facility and staff. In 2001, the company expanded into the North American market, establishing a showroom and distribution facility in Brooklyn, New York.
For the company's 30th anniversary, the factory showroom in North Italy has been completely renovated and now features a display of over 100 of the latest range hood models produced by the company. The production facility has been expanded as well, and now covers over 28,000 square feet.
