Biography

Md. Mehedi Hasan Shanto is the youngest child of Md. Abul Hosain and Murshida Akhter. He has been born and brought up in Mymensingh. His native house is in Trishal, Mymensingh. He has one elder brother and one elder sister named Dr. Morshedujjaman Rasel and Dr. Zinath Rehana Eva.Dr. Morshedujjaman Rasel is now currently working at CBMCB. Dr. Zinath Rehana Eva is now working at Mugdha Medical College and Hospital .His father Md. Abul Hosain is a renowned advocate in Mymensingh.He is now working as the Additional Public Prosecutor in Mymenisngh Judge Court. vice versa.

Early life

Md.Mehedi Hasan completed his Secondary School Certificate (S.S.C) examination from Mymensingh Zilla School(2008-2013). Before here he completed his primary education from Precadet High School, Mymensingh. He was involved in School Basektball Team, Cricket team,Handball Team etc. He is a very sporting person from his childhood. He was also engaged with various club activities from his childhood. After completing schooling, he completed his Higher Secondary school from Ananda Mohan College, Mymensingh.Now he is studying at Faculty of law,Dhaka University . he is in the 43rd batch of law department.

Philosophical and/or political views

He is a activist of Bangladesh Student League from his school days. After finishing his school and college life, he has joined as a permanent activist of BSL. He was posted as the Vice_president of Bangabandu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Hall, Dhaka University. He was the youngest vice president for a hall committee in the history. After that he was elected in the Hall Sangshad as the General Secretary(GS). He was elected by getting enormous 995 votes in total.
