Botocos is made of 15 provinces with 4 of them being a federal city and the 11 other being republics, with their own legislative body and a executive body, their own laws and if needed their own language but following the federal constitution and any order from the federation.

The 3 of the federal cities are governed by the Republic their in, but acts as an indented city with mostly it's own economy which can be shared between the federal city and the republic. Which means it does not have it's own constitution, independent political system but often has a big economy and a lot of citizens which means it does need some own ways to run the place but isn't big enough to be independent. Even though they are seen as independent the federation and in some cases the city and republic them self work together as one republic.
