Tracuateua is a municipality in the state of Pará in the Northern region of Brazil.[2][3][4][5]

The municipality contains the larger part of the 27,864 hectares (68,850 acres) Tracuateua Marine Extractive Reserve, a sustainable use conservation unit created in 2005.[6]
Climate
editThe climate is tropical monsoon (Köppen: Am), with great differences in precipitation according to the seasons.[7]
