Thomas Maddison (16 December 1910 – unknown) was an English footballer who played for Mansfield Town.[1][2] Maddison played twice for Mansfield in the 1933–34 season, both matches coming in cup competitions, against New Brighton in the FA Cup and Walsall in the Football League Third Division North Cup.[1]

In December 1934, he joined SC Nîmes, who played in the French Division 1.[3]

Tom Maddison, who has been on Mansfield Town's books as a reserve centre-half until recently, has decided to go into French football. He has joined the Nimes club, who are in need of a player in that position, and made the journey by air to-day.
