All the links to monthly bulletins of the Dominican Republic weather agency are expired. The links themselves were carelessly conceived in not including the YEAR. Browsing the agency Web site reveals that there have been changes in the titles of monthly reports and forecasts. Hurmata (talk) 01:32, 16 January 2010 (UTC)
